The BBQ Pork Banh Mi comes with a generous amount of pork with a punchy lemon grass smack of flavour, but may have been a little over cooked.
Really good fresh crustly baguette, I understand it’s not the traditional rice flour baguette but who cares this is better.
Generous amount of vegetables (Daikon) and herbs all cut up julianne, nicey assembled so you get a bit of everything in every mouthful and a good whack of chilli.
A great Banh Mi!
